Don't get stuck stranded on the side of the road with a broken plastic factory cold-side intercooler pipe! Mishimoto has developed a cold-side intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2011+ 6.7L Powerstroke after hearing countless stories of truck owners being left with a busted factory cold-side pipe that burst under boost. Upgrade to the Mishimoto Powerstroke performance parts kit for increased reliability, durability, and performance. The Mishimoto Powerstroke cold-side pipe is constructed of mandrel-bent aluminium with a polished finish. The engineers at Mishimoto designed a CNC-machined quick-disconnect flange and IAT sensor housing to allow for an easy install in under 2 hours. This intercooler pipe and boot kit is direct fit, retaining all factory emissions components and does not require the use of a tuner.
The Mishimoto Powerstroke cold-side pipe eliminates restrictive bends in the factory pipe, allowing for improvements in airflow, power, and EGTs. This kit includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore™ technology. Mishimoto DuraCore™ technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto Silicone Diesel Boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore™ provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. To add even more reliability, this kit includes Mishimoto Stainless Steel Constant-Tension T-Bolt Clamps for accurate and consistent holding power. The Mishimoto Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Cold-Side Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kit is the perfect addition to the Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke aluminium Primary Radiator. Save time and money by replacing both the hot-side and cold-site intercooler pipes with the Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke Pipe and Boot Kit which includes both sides. This intercooler pipe kit is made in the USA and like all of our Powerstroke performance parts includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
Mishimoto has improved this product by including an O-ring and spring clip. If you did not receive these components with your kit, contact our customer experience team or remove the stock O-ring and spring clip and install them onto your Mishimoto CNC-machined coupling.
Installation Notes
27 in-lbs (3NM) recommended for all T-bolt and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4NM).
